I know there are compilers for 16 bit dos somewhere, but you'd have to google for an open source one if that's what you need. I dunno if it's supported, but it would be fun to try. If you are intent in using such an old compiler, try importing stlport into it (as a library supporting c++). I didn't know Turbo C++ 3.0 still existed :b but I've still got my copy lying around : ) Turbo C++ 5.02 is released free, if you like borland (though unsupported).
